Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working on consumer cameras.
- Experience in Python or MATLAB.
- Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience in C++, Machine Learning (ML), browser based tool development.
- Knowledge of CMOS image sensors, chip design, factory production process.
- Understanding of ISP pipeline architecture and individual algorithm blocks.
- Understanding of Auto White Balance (AWB) and Auto Exposure (AE).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Work on product Image Quality (IQ) tuning, Optimize camera Hardware/Software for the best possible overall performance.
- Develop Software, Tools for test automation, tuning, or other tools for improved productivity and quality, including ML assisted tools.
- Manage ISP pipeline related work, IQ benchmark, architectural review, evaluation of individual algorithm blocks.
- Work cross-functionally with hardware, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development cycle.
