Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience in growth marketing, performing marketing, measurement and attribution (e.g., offline measurement, marketing mix modeling, different attribution models).
  • Experience with Advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform) and SQL, databases, automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating standard reports), and data visualization.
  • Experience developing or driving A/B testing mapped to business impact.
  • Experience managing cross-functionally with stakeholders and teams.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience developing relationships and working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partners.
  • Experience managing projects informing growth strategy, roadmap, prioritization, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and manage agency partners.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, distill analysis into actionable insights, and present them in a logical story to visualize business opportunities.
  • Excellent process and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end growth strategy for Google Career Certificates, defining the goal, key levers for program expansion and resources required to execute on those.
  • Develop and execute the partnership strategy, cultivating strategic relationships to expand program reach and impact.
  • Own the business review process, providing regular, insightful updates to leadership through presentations, dashboards, and reports.
  • Define and execute projects to harness growth opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy across multiple sources and optimize the vendor support model for maximum efficiency.
