Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience working with large datasets and building dashboards (e.g., data visualization).
- Familiarity with Javascript, Java, R, or Python.
- Knowledge of the Cloud/Software industry.
- Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured, fast paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to communicate in German fluently, as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in German with local stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Experience, Finance.
- Track, analyze and forecast performance (business and bookings). Set business goals and track and allocate investments and measure their Return on Investment (ROI).
- Contribute to yearly planning and resource allocation (headcount and non-payroll expenses).
- Coordinate the Finance execution of the German Sovereign Cloud partnership.
- Engage with Germany and strategic industriesleadership to support decision making.
