Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a Business-to-Business software company.
  • Experience in enterprise technology sales or government technology sales, supporting Navy clients.
  • Active US Government Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience selling Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or Applications Software across multiple industries, aligning solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience working with Customer Engineers and customers' technical leads to inventory software estate, define migration plans, and build migration business cases.

    As a member of the Public Sector Cloud Division you inspire leading organizations in Government to work smarter with Google tools like WorkSpace, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Google Distributed Cloud Hosted (GDCH). The innovation and customer mission focus will drive new opportunities to leverage these tools at scale. This innovation will drive more effective and efficient ways for these organizations to better serve their global customer base. This will provide a large list of opportunities to manage, track and close to help drive new bookings and revenue.

We focus on helping United States public sector institutions accelerate their digital transformations, and we continue to make significant investments and grow our team to meet the complex needs of local, state and federal government and educational institutions.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$164,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Generate a plan to ensure broad account engagement with large accounts within the territory.
    • Develop and provide sales strategy connected to the company mission that aligns to the GPS Cloud strategy.
    • Gather, manage, and direct the larger GPS team to assist with the account strategy.
    • Work collaboratively with your direct team to grow the business both in booking and revenue.
