Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with System on a Chip (SoC)/IP architecture and validation, embedded silicon software, system definition and implementation.
- 8 years of experience in people management developing employees.
- Experience with SoC product life-cycle, tools, processes, and operations planning.
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience and knowledge of Linux, Android, performance, and power optimization.

In this role, you will lead the global Silicon Software Product Delivery team with focus on delivering features spanning multiple software modules/System on a Chip (SoC) sub-blocks, productivity platforms and test suite/automation. You will be involved in managing Tech Leads/Managers and Engineering Managers across three functional areas product software.

Responsibilities
- Lead the global Silicon Software Product Delivery team.
- Provide managerial and technical leadership to the team.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the development process.
- Understand interactions between hardware components, identify issues and bottlenecks, provide trade-off options, and drive to resolution.
