Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying client's challenges to defining customer and product strategy, enabling long-term opportunities.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working with Google's durable ad measurement products (e.g., Enhanced Conversions, Enhanced Conversions for Leads, gTag, GA4, Google Ads Data Manager).
  • Experience with the technical solution design of durable ad measurement solutions for performance-oriented or lead advertisers (e.g., secure first-party data ingestion into Google platforms for conversion measurement).
  • Knowledge of the ad privacy landscape as it relates to measurement.
  • Ability to work with sales and cross-functional teams and influence key senior stakeholders across all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time-management and prioritization skills.

As the Senior Data Transformation Lead to join the Data, Measurement and Analytics team for Media and Entertainment. In this role, you will be accountable for measurement solution design and driving client commitment for key data integration capabilities by owning the durable measurement narrative with clients at all levels. You will establish modern measurement foundations that will drive media outcomes and accelerate AI Innovation through follow-on projects like lead scoring and predictive bidding. You will drive executive influence by articulating the business value of measurement and coordinate the efforts of external and internal resources to accelerate infrastructure implementation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000-$203,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Engage in strategic partnerships with customers to define their data and measurement infrastructure strategy, and then collaboratively establish a roadmap and idea to guide execution.
  • Lead the first-party data integration and durable measurement sales cycle for performance and lead advertisers.
  • Drive conceptual client buy-in and adoption of both foundational infrastructure and advanced usage of Google Ads Data Manager, sGTM, PAIR, etc.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact on durable ad measurement and first-party data ingestion in Google platforms, and educate, drive influence, and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate the execution of tech projects through both internal and external implementation partners.
