Minimum qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
  • PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or Mathematics.
  • 6 years of experience in data science or quantitative analytics with a focus on statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI.
  • Experience with human evaluation data (e.g., surveys).

As a Business Data Scientist specializing in AI and Data Engineering, you will unlock valuable insights from diverse data sources. You will work on classifying video content, performing sentiment analysis on unstructured text, and extracting meaningful patterns from datasets. You will own the process of determining analytical approaches and will communicate findings to decision-makers across a range of technical backgrounds.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000-$223,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Extract insights from datasets, including unconventional sources like videos and open-text surveys using AI techniques.
  • Present and communicate insights and recommendations to executives, leaders, and cross-functional partners.
  • Serve as a peer-reviewer and consultant to other members of the team.
  • Learn and share knowledge of the latest ML/AI advancements.
