Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in consulting, data analysis, fraud investigation, or Trust and Safety.
- Experience with SQL.
- Master's degree.
- Experience with fraud investigations, fraud risk management, Internet advertising, or e-commerce.
- Experience with coding and scripting (e.g., Python, C++, Java, R, etc.).
- Knowledge of how the Internet works economically, socially, and technically.
- Ability to make decisions, balance competing interests, and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. As a Publisher Quality Analyst, you will work as part of a global team with a dynamic set of responsibilities, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders in multiple locations. You will enforce the Google Search network for compliance with the ad policies across Google's partner network at site and account levels.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Analyze policy trends and identify new flags to spot abuse.
- Identify and develop solutions for scalable enforcement on non-compliant publisher inventory.
- Conduct data analyses to identify opportunities for new signals, automation, and workflow improvements.
- Drive solutions through analysis and cross-functional partnership.
- Present a unified enforcement experience to external publishers andsupportinternal sales teams.
