Minimum qualifications:

• 10 years of technical experience working in one or more of the following areas: cloud security research, network security, intrusion detection systems, threat intelligence.
• Experience operating within cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Networks, Operations, Business Development).
• Experience leading Security Engineering teams in Cloud Security domain.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Security, Abuse Detection, or Security Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of security engineers and analyst working on building threat and abuse detection solutions for Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Inspire and develop talent while providing an outlook and setting direction for the team. Lead effectively through outcomes rather than tasks.

• Collaborate well with partner teams to achieve shared objectives, provide strategic insight, and lead continuous improvement efforts in the abuse.
