Minimum qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
  • 5 years of experience leading a sales, digital, or marketing strategy and plan with transformative results.
  • Experience building and influencing end-client relationships at the executive decision-making level, managing pipeline, customer plans and pitching to the end customer cross functionally.
  • Experience leading sales teams.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in managing and developing high performance sales teams.
  • Leadership experience in sales/operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking, with the ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.
  • Understanding of customer business objectives and ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments.
  • Understanding of insights and knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising and the competitor landscape across media advertising.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior Director and VP stakeholders to drive customer value across Google to drive joint-partnership plans with customer C-levels.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Account Executives, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google's values.
  • Develop and own a specific industry direction and business plan, focused on ambitious growth, customer partnerships and Now, Next, Long sales strategies
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders, by developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
