Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience partnering with third-party providers, implementation partners, or vendors.
  • 4 years of experience in operations (i.e., scaled/sales operations, vendor management, or process/organizational development).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Program management and operational improvement experience supporting the scaling and efficiency of operations for business/sales functions.
  • Experience partnering with third-party service providers to jointly design and manage operational services for large-scale operations.
  • Experience with stakeholder influence and management, cross-functional partnerships, and executive leadership and cross-functional communication with all levels of management.
  • Experience in identifying opportunities for business/product improvement, defining/measuring success, and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch/land such initiatives.
  • Strong change management experience and a demonstrated track record of staying organized.

As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations.

The Global Business Transformation team drives programs, processes and systems across Devices and Services business organization that enable our cross-functional partners to work efficiently and effectively. We collaborate across the organization to ensure stakeholders have access to data and tools required to drive impact and make critical business decisions. Our team strives to be invaluable problem-solvers for the business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the design and execution of key operational services/capabilities supporting the Devices and Services.
  • Partner with service providers to improve key processes, structure service requirements, and implement continuous improvements across operations workflows for the business.
  • Set key operational priorities for projects within region, balancing the requirements and needs from both the global and regional teams as well as vendor partners.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination, establish and lead working group meetings, manage workstream dependencies and the impact on downstream working groups.
  • Own the overall health of comercial operations for the region, managing and delivering key metrics, outcomes, and reporting on scorecards to cross-functional stakeholders.
