Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience working with Salesforce development, application design and system integration
- Debugging and troubleshooting experience on third-party applications (e.g., Salesforce, Verint, Intellum, Contentstack) and their integration with first-party.
- Experience in implementing, customizing, or integrating third-party applications within business enterprise software.
- Experience collaborating with developers, business system leads, and program managers to clarify requirements and drive execution.
- Knowledge and understanding of establishing/improving/maintaining operational procedures and processes for IT Infrastructure.

You lead all aspects of web development, requirements gathering, software development, testing, documentation, training, implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance for both in-house and customer-facing web applications. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of Googlers using UI and functional specs/prototypes as input. Responsibilities
- Support enterprise platforms (both first-party and third-party) through participation in Oncall, complex issues troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and testing.
- Identify processes and solutions to ensure control compliance can be enforced and monitored. Design and implement solutions to automate development tasks, releases, and maintenance of the first-party and third-partyplatform.
- Drive operational excellence through identifying and executing efficiency opportunities both in technical and process domains.
- Develop and deliver technical analysis presentations to leadership as well as to mentor junior engineers.
