Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in an advertising sales, business development, or online media environment.
- Experience managing business growth and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present advertising solutions over the telephone to prospects.
- Interest in sales as well as an interest in working with and educating new advertisers.

Responsibilities
- Prospect clients and identify leads.
- Manage the business pipeline and develop a strategy.
- Present digital marketing solutions, implement ways to expand customers existing accounts, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other Google products.
- Communicate with customers by phone and email, and in person when needed.
- Prioritize and deliver a positive customer business experience to Google's advertisers.
