Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in public accounting, IT internal audit, operations, or technical program management.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with key financial processes such as Order to Cash, or Procure to Pay.
  • Experience working with finance systems and interfaces.
  • Ability to drive complex projects or operations, using program management best practices.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional, fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills (SQL) that can be leveraged to take data based decisions.

About the job

In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with the Product and Business teams to launch a portfolio of agreements and products that are generated globally, with scalable infrastructure and localized regulatory compliance. You will closely partner with multiple stakeholders across product management, engineering and finance to manage key financial and operating risks for global product launches. You will collaborate with engineering and accounting to build highly automated business generation pipelines. You will partner closely with the business, to support complex regulatory changes driven by operating a product or partnership globally. You will work on Google platforms such as Android and Chrome and other services such as G1, Photos, and Google Play.

From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Work with product and business to prioritize a portfolio of critical priorities and determine best use of finance resources.
  • Represent finance and partner with cross-functional Finance teams to provide finance requirements.
  • Help create integrated system requirements, constraints, and dependencies.
  • Define timelines, evaluate design alternatives, and identify a global test plan.
  • Educate and consult with process and control owners on an effective IT control environment, data and reporting needs.
