Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, business strategy, or related fields.
- Experience with project or program management.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to be action-oriented and seek to meet the high standards of integrity.- Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, problem-solving, and investigative skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner with teams across Global Affairsto ensure full visibility and actioning of regulations impacting Trust and Safety.Deliver updates to Trust and Safety leadership on key emerging regulations.
- Partner cross-functionally to manage program specific regulations or obligations to ensure a good landing for Trust and Safety teams.
- Manage governance forums across Trust and Safety to share information and drive decision-making on upcoming regulations.
- Work with Legal and Policy teams to ensure that Trust and Safety equities are represented in external conversations so that operational realities help to inform future regulations.
- Collaborate and drive alignment with a range of partners across Global Affairs and Product Areas and more.
