Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence or a military role or equivalent private sector experience.
- Experience working in a Security Operations Center.
- Advanced people management and leadership skills, with proven experience leading multi disciplinary teams in a complex international environment.
- Experience managing remote teams.
- Global operational experience in multiple countries and cultures.
- Deep knowledge and experience with security technologies including CCTV, Access Control, and Incident Management Systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead regional GSOC operations by providing strategic, technical, and operational oversight. Lead GSOC operations during crisis and incident response and coordinate with other parts of Global Security & Resilience Services (GSRS) and the GSOC ecosystem as required.
- Be a core leader within the GSOC Regional Leadership Team and have the knowledge and capability to respond to any global event in support of other GSOC leaders.
- Lead a team of diverse employees and extended workforce including shift staff. Analyze, develop, and strengthen GSOC processes and procedures; spearhead development and integration across the GSOC ecosystem.
- Manage GSOC support requests and field requests from stakeholders. Communicate and collaborate effectively with leadership and cross functional colleagues, both inside and outside of GSRS.
