  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently in order to interact with stakeholders internally and externally.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).

  • Strong project management skills and experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis.     Product and Sales Activation (PSA) is a highly collaborative group of individuals who work hard to deliver at-scale, customer focused priorities, transfer product knowledge to our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sellers, and influence product design for the GCS segment. By liaising with our partner teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product/Engineering, Sales Finance, Education, Large Customer Sales), the PSA team works hard to equip GCS Sales with the information, training, collateral, and opportunities needed for future growth and to ensure that our customers' needs are addressed and expressed to client/product teams.

    Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas - Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform - you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.
