Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in sales, go-to-market, or commercialization related functions.
  • 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience with Ads Measurement or Attribution.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience influencing senior-level executives, managers and sellers.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads products
  • Excellent project management skills, especially managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication skills to address complex and often technical solutions, to translate for agency partners and customers.

    Product and Sales Activation (PSA) is a collaborative group of individuals who work hard to deliver at-scale, customer focused priorities, transfer product knowledge to our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sellers, and influence product design for the GCS segment. By liaising with our partner teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product/Engineering, Sales Finance, Education, Large Customer Sales), the PSA team works hard to equip GCS Sales with the information, training, collateral, and opportunities needed for future growth and to ensure that our customers needs are addressed and expressed to client/product teams.

    In this role, you will help to scale Advanced Measurement product adoption across the Americas region by directly working with GCS sellers and customers. You will influence executive business stakeholders, work cross-functionally to direct the product activation strategy for Google Customer Solutions business programs. You will influence cross-functional teams while building and delivering the best go-to-market (GTM) plan for the product area.

    Additionally, you will lead the activation of Advanced Measurement solutions products for customer's goals. You will advocate the needs, opportunities, and gaps that GCS customers experience with our product teams. You will equip promoters with the right knowledge, resources, market insights, and tools to drive customer success and product adoption growth.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with GCS Sales teams to assist major Ad Agency partners in creating Joint Technical Plans that leverage Google Measurement solutions, including Incrementality, Attribution, Marketing Mix Modeling, and First Party Data.
    • Collaborate with sellers and agencies to identify potential business growth opportunities. Develop comprehensive measurement solutions that address their business and marketing challenges.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Global PSA to develop internal and external training programs that enhance seller and agency knowledge on Google's priority Mergers and Acquisitions solutions. Collaborate with Third Party measurement providers as needed for specific agencies.
    • Work with sales and global team leaders to develop effective narratives. Leverage resources to equip sellers with product knowledge and expertise.
    • Share customer and product feedback with Global Product Leads to ensure the product roadmap aligns with the needs of GCS promoters and customers.
