Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- 2 years of experience in stakeholder or partner management.
- 2 years of experience with security operations.
- Experience working with tools and elements of project management, demonstrating the ability to influence members of a team composed of both Program Managers and Security Managers.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous problems, and identify and drive solutions across a fleet of assets.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization.
- Excellent collaboration, analytical problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive program management of critical Security Operations initiatives across a fleet of assets.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive and well-organized project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure initiatives launch smoothly and on-time.
- Embed with Security Managers to deploy critical programs, and consider the needs of particular regions, sites, and priorities.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across the broader organization while integrating cross-functional initiatives into the Security Operations portfolio.
- Represent Security Operations as a partner manager to various stakeholders and partner teams, identifying key initiatives and priorities across the business.
