Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience in supply chain planning and operations management.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in operations roles, with Reverse Supply Chain Operations.
- Ability to deliver results against key operational metrics and KPIs, with root cause issues and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
- Ability to deliver data driven/fact based analysis for business proposal, supply chain design, and supply risk mitigation.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for operational management of reverse supply chain processes such as decommissioning of network gear and replacement of damaged or faulty parts in the network.
- Drive operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) performance. Conduct root cause analysis and close performance gaps.
- Be responsible for defining the business requirements and contribute to developing both systems and tools that enable reverse supply chain operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate effectively with the internal and external partners supporting the reverse supply chain operational activities.
- Support development and implement reverse supply chain processes that scale to support the volume growth and in different locations globally.
