As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Our Global Logistics team is helping build Google's planet-scale computer powering all of Google's services (e.g., Cloud, Gmail, YouTube, Search, etc.). We manage critical parts of the supply chain to turn raw components into serving capacity in our data centers. Our team of experts collaborate on challenging problems daily across warehousing, transportation, global trade compliance and order management. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Manager and cross-functional partners to define project parameters, including requirements, scope, schedule, resourcing, milestones, and tasks.
• Leverage technical expertise and thought leadership to enhance project efficiency, identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements to support team scalability and growth.
• Establish technical direction for your team, build roadmaps, complete analysis, scope and plan programs, and continuously improve the process and tooling to make your team more efficient.
• Define and develop program roadmap, scope, approach, and establish program goals with realistic timing as well as leading change management efforts.
• Lead the assessment of current logistics systems, technologies, and processes to identify areas for enhancement and optimization to drive efficiency, speed, scale and predictability.
