Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience of project management, delivering results, extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Excellent content development, articulation, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret different data sets to decipher patterns and come up with actionable solutions.
  • Balance of creativity and drive, along with strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills. High tolerance for ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment
  • Self-directed and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.

Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field. You'll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a wide variety of go-to-market initiatives and programs (e.g., Networking sessions for leadership level talent, large scale preparation session for early in career to mid-senior level talent, etc.) to build Google's short and long term talent pipeline and ensure the successful delivery of these programs.
  • Build internal and external communications in alignment with Google communication guidelines for promoting events to the correct audience and drive high participation.
  • Partner with external third party vendors.
  • Implement engagement and outreach programs to activate a high-potential passive pipeline to enable recruiting delivery team for hiring mid-senior to senior level talent.
  • Build data, reporting and insights to measure impact of our programs. Use analyses from past programs to develop recommendations for improvement and drive new initiatives.
