Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in management consulting, training and enablement, change management, sales operations, or business strategy.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Certification in Program Management, or experience in Program Management with a technology company.
  • Experience in senior cross-functional stakeholder and partner management.
  • Experience with knowledge management tools and platforms.
  • Experience leading and implementing change initiatives in a global organization.
  • Experience communicating strategy, results, and analysis, using storytelling and creating comprehensive presentations and documents.

    As a Program Manager in Google Cloud Consulting, you will work with global senior leaders and members of the field as primary stakeholders.     The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management plans for key initiatives, ensure clear and transparent communication of key information and changes across the organization, and assess the impact of change initiatives, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
    • Establish and manage a network of change advocates across all regions and roles.
    • Collect knowledge, playbooks, examples, and assets in a central knowledge management repository for the Google Cloud Consulting field and leadership.
    • Develop and implement programs to reinforce GCC's core values and promote a positive culture.
    • Participate in the planning and execution of global GCC events to align the team with the organization, strategy, and goals.
