- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives or process development within a supply chain, operations, or engineering organization.
- 5 years of experience in business strategy in a consumer technology or supply chain environment.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with process development change management, hardware development, or cost management.
- Excellent presentation skills with experience presenting in front of executive leadership.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across different levels and functions.

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll play a key role in driving cost optimization and efficiency within the Devices and Services group. You will lead the definition and deployment of framework, partnering with Global Supply Managers and Should Cost Analysts to define project scope, deliver timelines, and process governance. You will be responsible for communicating findings and variances to executive leadership, and for providing clear insights into the financial impact of decisions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional efforts to develop and implement a standard process and outline project scope, goals, deliverables, and tracking metrics to monitor progress.- Align with sourcing leadership and define process to generate unbiased estimates.
- Coordinate with global supply managers, product cost managers, and leadership stakeholders to ensure completion of cost model reviews and validation.
- Publish communications and prepare executive presentations to summarize findings and recommendations of the team.
Drive progress towards process cadence and standardization across groups and product lines.
