As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. As the Learning and Development Program Manager supporting Google Data Center and Cloud Supply Chain Operations, you will be part of the learning and development Technical Excellence team. In this role, you will develop Global education solutions and strategies in collaboration with technical and professional development leads. You will drive the solutions and strategies based on adult learning theory, learning technologies, instructional design methodologies, and evaluation of learning solutions.

The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are a diverse, upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and support the development of training programs and projects, from concept to delivery and maintenance.
  • Interface with key internal and external cross-functional teams to achieve goals for projects and programs.
  • Organize and execute multiple projects and work streams simultaneously.
  • Advocate for approval, development, resourcing, delivery, and maintenance of training programs and projects.
  • Utilize business and technical knowledge to drive long-term training objectives.
