Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in SAP ERP domains such as RAR, FI-CA, SD, or similar (e.g., Finance, Cost Management, Billing, Tax).
Preferred qualifications:
  • PMP, Agile project management certification, or similar.
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, S4 Hana) Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Financials, and Payroll business processes.

The Business Systems Integration team focuses on removing roadblocks by identifying time-consuming internal processes and then building solutions that are reliable and scalable enough to work within the size and scope of the company.

In this role, you will orchestrate and provide solutions and drive the program management of systems implementation. You will influence solution design to solve Finance, Sales, or Supply Chain business problems using industry best practices. You will also deliver business applications and implement the features that improve the reliability of applications and systems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including specific communications by stakeholder type.
  • Determine phasing and metrics associated with program life-cycle that address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship (deployment of machine and people resources) in collaboration with program stakeholders, including near- and long-term objectives.
  • Lead and execute systems implementation projects and ensure the delivery of key artifacts (e.g., requirements documentation, systems configuration, fit/gap analysis, test documentation and execution, issue identification, and resolution)
  • Partner with internal Supply Chain and Finance teams to define project charter and scope for the system capabilities associated with Finance.
  • Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make decisions.
