Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in networking, telecom, or fiber industry.
- Experience in contract management, commercial agreements, account management, expense management, financial analysis, and invoicing policies.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working with CRM software in a development or tooling-related role.
- Experience with fiber and network assets in a hyper-scale environment.
- Experience with network asset contracts and life-cycle.
- Ability to build relationships and work well within the team, as well as with cross-functional teams (e.g., Global Networking Negotiators, Technical Project Managers, Finance, Accounting, etc.).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage commercial operations programs.
- Oversee implementation of a global, multi-disciplinary, commercial operations environment (e.g., business agreements, payments, systems, financial governance) supported by contractors, vendors, and full-time employees.
- Lead financial project management and execution of Submarine Cable System related cost recovery.
- Develop and maintain commercial operations processes.
- Manage and support the organization for Submarine Cable System projects.
