As a Program Manager, you will partner with the management of communications and events for teams within Google. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we talk about our work, sharing compelling stories, case studies and insights with internal stakeholders and the broader developer community. You will require a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving impact.
The Platforms and Ecosystems product area encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications). The products provide enterprises, and ultimately end users, the ability to utilize and manage their services at scale. We build innovative and compelling software products-from apps to TVs, from laptops to phones-that have an impact on people's lives across the world.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $99,000-$145,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver program communications in close collaboration with program stakeholders, including metrics progress, meeting notes, meeting AIs, decision/escalation logs, newsletters, and websites.
- Collect data relating to program progress from program stakeholders.
- Author program charter that addresses scope and timeline of basic program, specify program Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and explain resource requirements/dependencies, in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
- Prepare teams to represent themselves at internal events. Help organize messaging and logistics.
- Partner with teams to develop content and curate metrics and insights for targeted audiences, ensuring relevance and clarity.
