Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in program management.
- Experience in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) management, and managing EHS compliance for industrial facilities.
- Ability to communicate in Finnish fluently in order to communicate with local authorities on regulatory topics.
- Certification from Board of Certified Safety Professionals, NEBOSH or related agencies.
Experience communicating with Finnish National and Local Authorities regarding EHS issues.- Experience in the Data Center or other electrical safety industry.

Responsibilities
- Manage Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs separatelyto ensure a safe and compliant workplace and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Maintain environmental permits/programs to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Monitor and track program performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
- Drive the implementation and active maintenance of the site's ISO 14001 and any other certification and management systems.
- Meet regularly with stakeholders (e.g.,Operational Leadership to communicate on performance and requirements). Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
- Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including targeted communications by stakeholder type.
