Minimum qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in project management, product management, or program management.
  • Experience in an enterprise B2B and channel sales environment working either as an operations contributor or directly in a program management capacity.
  • Experience using commercial Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Configure, Pricing and Quoting (CPQ), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English.
Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA degree.
  • Experience with SQL, data manipulation, reporting, and quantitative analysis.
  • Experience working with a range of functional domains (e.g., engineering/user experience/product, finance, policy/legal, marketing, communications) or experience in consulting.
  • Ability to build partnerships with leaders and their teams across Google and with external partners.

    As a Program Manager for Google Cloud's Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team, you will operate as a key stakeholder in the Google Cloud product contracting and operations lifecycle. The team partners with product, sales, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to develop systems, tools, and processes. The team empowers sellers and channel partners with the tools and data they need to be more productive and successful. You will work with Google Cloud executives and leaders to manage project status across critical workstreams and deliverables for the program, including leading the coordination of multiple teams, driving and monitoring timelines and deliverables, and partnering and communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

    • Manage a key set of strategic projects.
    • Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Lead risk management, identification, tracking, and mitigation.
    • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
