Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations.
- 5 years of experience working, supervising, and managing third-party logistics relationships.
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and executives to prioritize and ensure key initiatives move forward in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Experience implementing operational process improvements and driving cross-organizational change management across scaled global operations in a shared services environment.
- Excellent thinking and problem solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform direction of projects, and to craft compelling narratives.

Ads Content and Quality Operations team is a high priority focus area for Google's Ads business. This team works on curating and reviewing content for millions of ads and ad extensions, thus making ads a lot more useful to users and help advertisers in meeting their business objectives.
As a Program Manager in global scaled operations, you will be responsible for working closely with the Engineering, Product, and Operations teams as a trusted advisor and partner in delivering the desired business outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead and drive planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery of Ads programs in partnership with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams, including, but not limited to experiments, AI model development and tuning, and new product launches.
- Develop new services, processes, tools, and frameworks to speed up Ads product development cycles.
- Manage the development of new workflows, including guidelines, calibration, process definition, and quality review of human evaluation datasets.
- Translate product insights and business needs into a program and product operational strategy, collaborating with service delivery managers.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, improve operational quality and product performance through data analysis and process improvements, and influence stakeholders based on developed insights.
