Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
- Experience working with and analyzing data.
- Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
- Experience executing strategic and operational initiatives.
- Knowledge of best practices in business operations, engineering operations, and of service operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Program Management, UX and more closely to support the Local Ads vision and charter.
- Develop hypotheses against an opportunity area or problem statement and test with quantitative and/or qualitative analysis. Synthesize findings from analysis into actionable insights that powers the team's go-to-market strategy. Communicate insights and recommendations in a structured and compelling manner.
- Lead multiple analytics projects, encompassing requirements gathering, planning, development, implementation, stakeholder management, and ongoing support, to design, build, and launch dashboards and other unified, scalable people insights solutions.
- Analyze large data sets to extract meaningful insights. Design, implement, and maintain diagnostic and predictive models to deliver actionable and valuable insights.
- Utilize effective data visualization and problem solving skills to simplify complex business flows and data narratives, making information easily understandable.
