Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.
- Certification in program management.
- Experience in program management within a technology company.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience working in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry.
- Ability to identify, collect, and analyze relevant data to help drive informed decisions.

This includes bringing together the best of Google's artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.
Responsibilities
- Lead product planning and launch for Pixel with a focus on launch strategy.
- Assist in core initiatives involvingAsia Pacific(APAC) phone and ecosystem launches and program sustainability.
- Drive the development of a Plan of Record (POR) for activities that affect multiple cross-functional stakeholder groups and pro-actively think ahead to identify risks/potential blockages/opportunities.
- Lead the launch of Pixel phones across APAC products and Go-to-Market(GTM), partnerships, marketing, forward, reverse, and operations activities. Coordinate with global/local and cross-functional program managers (sales, marketing, supply chain) achieving global synthesis for Pixel product team.
- Prepare and distribute various reports and updates on the status of the projects to various audiences, including executive and functional management.
