Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in consulting in marketing or digital media.
- Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently, as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Turkish and English with local stakeholders.
- Experience with analytical success, with capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
- Understanding of Google's Ads business priorities and strategy as well as broader Turkish online and offline advertising industry dynamics.
- Ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios with a global mindset.

Responsibilities
- Drive priority company coverage and product adoptions byleading planning and execution of local marketing programs and engagements and utilizing regional/global programs and events, in partnership with external stakeholders and regional/global Marketing.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders locally and internationally including Sales, Product, Communications, and Leadership to drive product roadmaps, strategy, and execution.
- Work with the EMEA Ads Marketing team to land regional/global narratives and develop local case studies and success stories.
- Develop actionable, data-driven insights to inform product and marketing strategy and leverage marketing insights to better understand our customers and represent the customer perspective.
