Responsibilities
- Power YouTube Shopping across viewers, creators and merchants based in Bengaluru.
- Take complex unstructured product catalogs from merchants and synthesize them for serving users like creators for tagging in their content and viewers for buying.
- Work with multiple commerce teams within YouTube and Google. Solve the problem across platforms making this an order of magnitude more complicated problems.
- Enable YouTube Shopping teams to be data driven by democratizing access to metrics and driving a culture of experimentation. Figure out new ways to instrument transaction metrics, visualizing shopping funnels, enabling the wider organization access to data and deliver insights.
