Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience in languages and serving global users.
- Experience influencing across job functions and levels at a large technology company.
- Experience with internationalization and localization.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity.

We look across Google's products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. Responsibilities
- Own planning, execution, and success for machine translation and Translation Console.
- Achieve improved localization quality for Google users and a great experience for Google teams as they localize their products.
- Advance machine translation, training data, and evaluation.
- Find new ways to integrate Translation Console into first-party developer workflows and tools to create a seamless experience for product teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple engineering teams, product areas across Google, and the gTech localization team and analyze usage metrics, UX research, and user feedback to drive great outcomes for localization at Google.
