Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML).
- Experience in Integrated development environment (IDE), developer tools, and AI coding assistance.
- Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product proposal, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, driving requirements, supporting execution, product launch and driving adoption.
Master's degree in a Technology or Business related field.

In this role, you will be defining product strategy, goal, requirements and deliverables for creating a differentiated code assistance experience for today's developers both in integrated development environment (IDE) and across the broader Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of the problem space to inform a product goal.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and drive execution of launches.
- Drive prioritization of the highest impact initiatives based on customer needs and market trends.
- Drive execution in close collaboration with several Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) partner teams, and other cross-functional collaborator teams, with frequent leadership updates on customer outcomes.
- Define product requirements for new extensions, features and releases.
