Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 2 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within payments.
- Experience with business-to-consumer product management.
- Ability to work with external partnership ecosystems to drive new use cases.
- Ability to work in ambiguity in a dynamic environment.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
Whether it is paying online with Autofill, using tap and pay in stores, or using the Google Pay app, the Payments team at Google is focused on making payments simple, seamless, and secure. In addition to consumer payment technologies, the Payments team also powers the money movement between Google and its consumers and businesses.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy, craft roadmap, and grow recurring Payments on Google Pay, work with a cross-functional team to build the next phase of growth and feature differentiation.
- Lead as a point of contact for auto-pay across UPI and other FOPs while helping drive growth for other recurring payments in a competitive environment.
- Define the product idea, roadmap, and success metrics for the team and use that to inform product strategy and day-to-day decisions.
- Provide cross-functional leadership to a team of UXDs, BD, analysts, legal, policy, PR, privacy, and work with external partners like regulators, Telcos, aggregators, and more.
- Build relationships and provide communication across the team.
