Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Due to the sensitive nature of this role, candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Level 2 security clearance (SÜ2) under the German Classification Act (SÜG).
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
- 7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g.,problem-solving marketing, business operations, consulting).

The GDC Platform Operations PM team is responsible for delivering a turnkey user experience for customers across both air-gapped and connected use cases.
In this role, you will define and execute the end-to-end training and documentation strategy for GDC, covering pre-sales and post-sales training for customers and partners. You will also own the platform that delivers product documentation to customers and partners, developing the product strategy for enabling customers and partners with each software release.

Responsibilities
- OwnProduct Requirement Documents (PRDs) by overseeing collaboration with partner teams (e.g.,engineers, PgMs, UX) during product design.
- Drive development and secure buy-in for a product goal that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction, achieving an outcome that is greater than the sum of its parts.
- Lead and harmonize processes to define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new or existing products or business ventures.
- Exhibit a strong background in training, enablement, or related roles, especially within enterprise settings.
- Work with Customers, go-to-market (GTM) team and partners.
