  • Experience in machine learning.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in driving strategy and solving problems for complex developer tools that are operating at scale.
  • Experience in Generative AI and LLMs.
  • Knowledge of the tools and mechanisms for developing AI and ML models in a high-trust consumer product context.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

    In this role, you will define and execute the roadmap for data management tools for the next generation of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning systems. You will work with Generative AI and NLP development teams to understand their needs, define discrete product problems and prioritize capability development as part of the PTC policy platform. You will provide thought leadership and stewardship to product teams across Assistant and Gemini.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Identify and prioritize the impactful platform capabilities to accelerate development and build user trust.
    • Sequence existing platform migrations with new capability launches to establish the necessary privacy foundations and align with Assistant, Gemini and Google Home roadmaps.
    • Evaluate broader Google initiatives focused on data management and model training to determine if/when/how Assistant and Gemini can leverage them.
    • Develop a strong pipeline of platform capabilities and vet them through a high-velocity experimentation function.
    • Influence product strategy and team culture across Assistant and Gemini working closely with executive leadership.
