Product Manager, Data Center Infrastructure Management

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Data Centers and Cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in Workflow Engines, ETL and data pipelines and/or Enterprise logging infrastructure.
• Knowledge of designing and building large-scale distributed workflow and orchestration systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, align stakeholder priorities, and ensure seamless integration of platforms with the broader data center ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product goal and strategy for data center automation platforms, and focused workflow orchestration systems that handle operational tasks such as machine state management.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and stakeholder feedback.
• Conduct customer research,Critical User Journey(CUJ) analysis, and pain-point synthesis to identify opportunities for automation and improved data visibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Engineering teams, Data Center operators, and business units) to define requirements and refine solutions.
