Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in product management.
- Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product goals, defining the go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
- Experience in cyber-security, risk, or a safety-related domain, with knowledge of security controls.
- Experience with User Experience research and design.
- Ability to build partner and stakeholder relationships, and to collaborate with partner teams.

Responsibilities
- Work with anti-abuse teams to develop an understanding of emerging abuse trends and product vulnerabilities.
- Develop a strategy and roadmap based on research and analysis to deliver on customer needs and combat emerging abuse trends.
- Work with a cross-functional team (e.g., Engineering, UX Design, Support, Legal, Trust and Safety, and partner teams across Google) to deliver and land compelling product experiences that balance risk and business priorities.
- Motivate and inspire partners, leadership, and advertisers to invest in Safer Ads experiences.
