Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
  • Experience developing consumer hardware, sensors, or health sensing products.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience inventing innovative and user-friendly health products, with excellent user experience intuition and interest in health/wellness/fitness.
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams, driving initiatives and product decisions.

    Responsibilities

    • Own and oversee the definition of strategy and multi-year product roadmaps for feature areas.
    • Own feature PRDs and KPIs developed in close collaboration with partner teams (e.g., Hardware and Software Engineers, Research, Proam Managers, UX) during the product design phases.
    • Lead the team through research studies and validation to ensure high quality delivery.
    • Lead the team through defining, identifying, collecting, and tracking appropriate product or performance metrics, both quantitative and qualitative, for new or existing features and experiences.
    • Lead the team through development and launch of features that bring unique and differentiated features to the marketplace at high quality.
