Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree in education, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with adult learning, Learning and Development related to technical and non-technical, enterprise-wide workforce upskilling/reskilling.
Preferred qualifications:
  • PhD in the area of Sociotechnical Systems, AI ethics, fairness, and responsibility. or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in designing, launching, assessing, and facilitating programs around sensitive and often contentious topics.
  • Experience in inclusive and critical pedagogies, with an advanced interdisciplinary focus.
  • Ability to foresee enterprise-wide risks and take prompt action to escalate for immediate mitigation.

    As the Product Lead for Sociotechnical and Inclusive Curriculum, you will be responsible for driving the development, curation, and execution of Googler-focused learning and development programming that aligns with The Google School's mission to support Googlers across "career moments" through exceptional career development. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams across The Google School.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $202,000-$287,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Lead a project team of Googlers and an external agency to develop and execute Sociotechnical and Inclusive learning and development programs and curriculum integration into existing marquee programming.
    • Lead stakeholders and partner engagements to gain input to shape the strategy and plan.
    • Lead and direct others to enable quality execution.
    • Guide, approve, and directly contribute to Go To Market (GTM) strategy.
    • Partner across the organization to deliver the campaign directly to Googlers.
