Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or equivalent role designing technology solutions to business needs.
- Experience influencing across a wide range of audiences, from refining systems design with engineers to driving alignment on strategy with executive business leaders.
- Experience developing the narrative and building presentation materials to communicate product or systems strategy to executive business leadership.
- Experience managing product roadmaps, influencing cross-functional business and technical teams, and communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Experience designing technology solutions to business needs and partnering with engineering and QA teams to implement, test, launch, and land those solutions.

As a Product Lead within Business Technology at YouTube, you will lead content partnerships organizations to drive partner success and product adoption. You will define the goal and strategy in partnership with cross-functional (XFN) teams focused User Experience (UX), strategy, analytics, and more, you will build and socialize the narrative with stakeholders and business leadership, and lead the execution of this work across XFN teams, creating opportunity for peers and for users along the way.
You will play many roles, like from defining product strategy and requirements, to working with UX team to design excellent user experiences, to partnering with BizTech engineering and XFN analytics teams on systems design, to launching and landing new and improved capabilities for users, working with Go-to-Market (GTM) and Program Management (PgM) teams. You will deeply evaluate, document, and prioritize user and business needs, scope technical solutions, identify risks, and build materials to communicate strategy, goals, milestones, and tradeoffs with business stakeholders and executive leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define product strategy for large, ambiguous problem spaces that span user journeys, product capabilities, cross-functional partners, technologies, andorganize teammates and cross-functional teams around this goal.
- Develop the narrative around product strategy and distill it into materials effective for influencing a wide range of audiences, from individual engineers to Director and VP level business leadership.
- Define requirements and lead the team's efforts towards delivery, ensuring that everything released is tested, launched, communicated, and adopted effectively.
- Collect and analyze data to inform strategic decisions, and communicate insights to build consensus across cross-functional teams and with leadership.
- Land releases successfully by working with stakeholders to provide comprehensive documentation, training, troubleshooting, support and by defining and tracking meaningful measures of success.
