Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 15 years of experience in software, hardware, or infrastructure engineering, with a focus on technical innovation and engineering leadership
- Master's degree or PhD
- Experience with the intersection between Quantum and Generative AI
- Entrepreneur or startup experience within a larger organization

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $253,000-$363,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Partner with our research, engineering, and product teams to identify and test strategic opportunities for differentiation across our roadmaps with a particular focus on Quantum Computing and post-quantum cryptography.
- Inform and illuminate the future state of Cloud products and partner closely with technical teams to chart how we'd bring those future states to life.
- Help our most strategic customers and partners work through the complexity of adopting cutting edge cloud technology, specific to Quantum Computing, and navigating the transition to post-quantum cybersecurity.
- Inspire others internally and externally to work through difficult and disruptive endeavors through sharing experiences, successes, failures, and the human side of advanced technology development and adoption.
