Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in Trust & Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Experience with data to identify trends and make recommendations in a pressurized environment.
- Experience in operations such as scaled or sales operations, vendor management, or process.
- Experience with content policy or anti-abuse operations and enforcement.
- Master's or PhD in related field.
- Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or experience in a scripting/programming language (e.g. Python).
- Experience with machine learning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.

The Policy & Enforcement Manager will be part of the dynamic XPS (Cross Product Safety) and XPOL (Cross Policy Vertical) team. In this role, you will work across multiple parts of the portfolio - helping to launch new features, and being responsible for operational metrics (volumes, timeliness, quality, etc).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Business Analytics, Vendor Operations to ensure products on YouTube can launch in a safe and trusted manner.
- Leads Enforcement & Operations Management for YouTube Livestream, New Productsand YouTube's "Cross Policy" workflows.
- Responsible for end-to-end design and implementation of enforcement and operations for new andexisting product launches on YouTube as well as metrics/KPIs management of enforcement and operations across your product portfolio.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations as part of the XPS (Cross Product Safety) risk assessment program to ensure holistic and appropriate protections for any new product launches.
- Review graphic, controversial and offensive video content in-line with YouTube's Community Guidelines.
