As the Trust and Safety Policy Development Manager, you will manage a team of skilled Policy Leads working on diverse content moderation issues. You will act as a player/coach on the team, both leading the team as well as separate policy initiatives.

In this role, you will sometimes review graphic, controversial, or offensive video content.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Policy Leads working on multiple controversial content areas, helping to ensure the team sets clear priorities, manages its time effectively, and develops clear and compelling policy proposals for executive audiences.
  • Be an expert in all of the policy areas under the supervision to support the team members, and guide efficient and effective policy development efforts.
  • Build partnerships with cross-functional groups including public policy, PR, legal, and product.
