About the job

As a Pipeline Excellence Program Manager within the Talent Engagement organization, you will play an essential role in developing and leading initiatives that evolve Google's hiring. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing both short-term and long-term deliverables.

In this role, you will help drive and revolutionize Google's global approach building pipeline. Our team aims to provide our Recruiting teams a pipeline of qualified, diverse talent for our business clients and partners. We work closely with our Recruiting partners and vendors to activate applicants in an equitable, effective, and efficient way. We provide Recruiting with a global, accessible, and high velocity pipeline to help meet our hiring needs. We also partner to help with requisition qualification, job description consultations, pipeline analysis, and many other key activities throughout the applicant journey.

You'll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

  • Empower APAC recruiting to achieve active share and pipeline efficiency targets through data-driven pipeline strategies.
  • Collaborate weekly with key stakeholders (PECs, delivery leaders, ICs) to review metrics, prioritize initiatives, and implement solutions for continuous improvement. This includes optimizing vendor partnerships, refining screening processes, strategically managing job postings, and driving active pipeline generation through targeted campaigns.
  • Lead program management for critical recruiting functions (Employee Referrals, Job Boards, Online Screening, ResOps, Job Postings) to ensure alignment with APAC's strategic goals.
