Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of Search marketing experience from a brand or media or performance agency.
- Experience from consultative sales or project management (client-facing).
- Experience in Google Ads and Google Marketing Platforms.
- Ability to communicate in English and Swedish fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.
- Understanding how performance marketing works and how data, privacy and platforms are connected to performance.
- Ability to be a team player and collaborator across teams and countries.
- Ability to think creatively and to go beyond scope to provide a solution.
- Excellent entrepreneurial skills, with the ability to take ownership.
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to become a trustworthy thought leader in a challenging field.

More concretely, this cross-country team focuses on supporting large businesses in Scandinavia and Benelux by solving the most complex and transformational Performance Marketing challenges, in close partnership with Specialists focusing on the measurement and data infrastructure as well as media effectiveness.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and consulting on client's/partner's strategy in the areas of business, marketing, or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions or insights to facilitate business decision-making and analyze/build an understanding of client/partner business and stakeholders.
- Act as a consultant to work with client/partner leadership and stakeholders to develop joint business plans (JBPs), review JBPs and provide input to improve the JBPs or add agreement/services.
- Build dashboards to generate, synthesize, and report relevant data to clients/partners, develop or use tools to analyze or forecast client/partner business, the industry, or consumer behaviors.
- Use investigative insights to align products and offerings with clients'/partners' marketing objectives, leveraging and collaborating with product specialist teams and create forward-thinking and data-driven stories, narratives, and sales pitches.
